Workout Music: Interactive Playlist #3

First visit to Music Savvy Mom? Awesome! Go HERE quick to get caught up.
———————————

This week’s Interactive Group Playlist Theme was ”Workout Music”. Seventeen of us chipped in with tunes that get you movin’…or, in my case, keep me from giving up before breaking a sweat.

As usual, half the fun was the commenting back and forth. You really should get in on this – it’s like our own little chat thingie. (Click HERE, scroll down to the bottom and read the comments as we added the songs to see what I mean.)

Sure, you need to sign in to Playlist.com, but it’s free and takes five seconds. Just make sure you’re on the Group Playlist when you click “Add”, and you’re golden! C’mon. Play with us.

And, be sure to check out the links to this week’s contributors blogs/sites…I put them beneath their names, with the songs they added. Seriously – if you like their taste in music, you’re likely to enjoy their writing, too. Hey, it’s the weekend – the Blogoverse is a ghost town. What ELSE you got to do?

Next week’s Interactive Group Playlist Theme: Songs from Movie Soundtracks. The original or a cover – just tell us the movie it’s from in the comment. It’s already up HERE.

———————————-

But, for NOW…go put on your nifty terrycloth headband and legwarmers…(yes, guys – I’m talking to you, too) and let’s get physical, physical…

(Note: I didn’t add the artist links this time, because I don’t think y’all click on them anyway…and my head feels like there’s an orchestra of pygmy bongo players holding rehearsal on the left side, so I’m gonna cut this short, take some lovely prescription pharmeceuticals and hit the hay. I figure you’ll forgive me eventually…)

I’m particularly liking Starrs choice, who would have thought Rob Zombie and Muse would ever turn up next to Spicegirls!

I would agree wholeheartedly with your comments on diet. However as regards exercise most trainers would focus primarily on the cardiovascular system, eg rowing, stepping, etc, as the most effective way of losing unwanted fat with your most comfortable Sporting Goods .
